Overview

Case Management is a process of coordinating and brokering the multiple career development services needed to progress an individual towards self-sufficiency. This is done in collaboration with the client, other team members and the service providers.

Eligibility

This department provides assistance to clients and their dependants.

Description

This department offers case management services to all clients receiving social assistance. In addition to financial support, clients with the potential for employment are assisted by a case manager with the development of an individual career development case plan.
