  • List of acceptable residency documents you must upload
  • You will be able to change an address on:
    • Valid New Brunswick Medicare Card (Mandatory)
    • Valid New Brunswick Driver’s Licence (if applicable) –your address must also be changed on your NB Medicare card
      • List of acceptable residency documents you must upload
    • Valid New Brunswick Vehicle Registration(s) (if applicable) –your address must also be changed on your NB Medicare card
      •  List of acceptable residency documents you must upload
      •  Valid proof of Insurance is required
  • A change of address for a Medicare card will be completed within 5 business days, however, no new cards will be issued.
  • For a change of address on a driver's licence:
    • A 30-day temporary driver's licence will arrive in the mail within 15 business days and a new driver's licence card will arrive in the mail shortly thereafter
    • Vehicle registrations for all vehicles registered in your name that are currently active (not expired), will arrive in the mail within 15 business days

The following information MUST be reviewed before starting a change of address online:
 

  •  A desktop, laptop, or smartphone connected to the internet
  • One of the following internet browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Safari
  • With verbal consent, a household member can process an address change for other household members living at the same address including dependents (Maximum 6 members).
  • A valid New Brunswick Medicare card
    • The applicant and all household members living at the same address must first change the address on their NB Medicare card(s) before changing the address on their valid NB driver’s licence and valid NB vehicle registration(s).
  • A valid New Brunswick Driver's Licence (if applicable)
