Access to the Registry is being provided solely for the purpose of facilitating public inquiries on registrations. Users of the service may not use automated tools to copy a group of search results. Anyone using automated tools to search for, or retrieve data from, this site may be denied access to this service without notice.
Information set out in the Registry is extracted from documents duly filed with or issued by Corporate Registry. As such, the database is not the official legal record. The official record is the documents on file at the Registry itself. Copies and certified copies of such documents are available at a cost of $10 and $20 respectively.
