Overview
Fees are payable to the Registrar of the Court of King's Bench, pursuant to Rule 72.24 of the Rules of Court, in regard to proceedings under the Divorce Act (Canada).
Eligibility
Solicitors or self-represented litigants who are parties to divorce proceedings.
Description
Fees are payable in regard to the filing of divorce documents and for services rendered by the Office of the Registrar.
Fees
Unless otherwise specified, Fees exclude the harmonized sales tax (HST).
