You can request forms and information kits by mail, phone or fax to Service New Brunswick.

SNB requires an original signature on file of your organization's signing officer.
The Client Administrator is the individual who manages Individual Users on behalf of their organization. This person will be the contact with SNB in regards to the programs being accessed.
The Financial Contact is your organization's contact between SNB Financial Services and the organization.
An asterisk (*) denotes that the information is mandatory.
Company/Organization or Client Name - when the client is an individual, the suggested format is: "last name, first name middle name" (e.g. "Smith, John Frank").
NB Business Number - NB15. For Businesses assigned a New Brunswick Business Number (e.g. 123456789NP0001).
Title: Mr., Ms., Mrs., Miss, Dr., Rev. etc.
Designation: Jr., Sr., II, etc.
Position in Company: Title of individual in the organization
Language Preference - E or F: for preferred language of correspondence (English or French)
SNB allows you to choose your logon name, however it must meet certain criteria.
- The logon name must be unique within the User Management Services system.
- The logon name must start with a letter. The letters can be accented.
- The logon name is Case insensitive - case is ignored (i.e. John = john)
- The logon name may only contain alphanumeric characters and the underscore (_)
- The logon name cannot contain spaces or tabs
- The maximum length of the logon name is 30 characters
SNB allows you to choose your password, however it must meet certain criteria.
- The Password and Confirm Password fields must always be equal.
- May only contain alphanumeric characters and the following special characters: ! " # $ % & ' ( ) * + , - . / : ; < = > ? @
- The password cannot contain spaces or tabs
- The password is Case and Accent sensitive
- When entering a password, it will be displayed as asterisks in the textbox
- Contains one or more characters from each of the following categories:
- Upper case letters
- Lower case letters
- Numeric characters
- Special characters - The password has a minimum length of 8 characters and maximum of 30 characters.
Clients can only search for users within their own organization.
Users should be able to use either the '%' or '*' as wildcard characters.
There must be at least 2 characters before any wildcards in the Last Name.
The First name field is optional. If it is provided, a wildcard will be appended at the end. If it is not provided, a wildcard will be assumed.
Multiple wildcards may be used within the same field (i.e. Last Name: Smi%so% First Name: John% Middle Name: )
Single character wildcards ('_' and '?') will not be used.
An implied wildcard is appended to last name, middle name and first name if the entry is not blank.
Accent, case and punctuation insensitive.
If there are more than 200 records returned from a search then the results will be divided into pages with 200 records showing on each page. For example, Page 1 would display records 1-200, Page 2 would display records 201-400, etc. These pages will be navigated using the following buttons:
- First - Displays the first page of results.
- Previous - Displays the previous page of results.
- Next - Displays the next page of results.
- Last - Displays the last page of results.
The page number and record counts will be displayed at the top of the page in the format records X of Y, where X is the range of records displayed on the page and Y is the total number of records returned from the search.
For conducting online transactions, Service New Brunswick uses a secure server. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) is technology that creates a secure environment for the information transferred.
All information is encrypted (scrambled) so that no one else can read the information being sent back and forth. SNB Online SSL allows a 128-bit key size for the encryption.
New clients must complete Forms 1-4 Form 2 must be accompanied by a void cheque. A Form 4 must be completed for each user requiring online access to the system. All 4 original forms are to be mailed to the address on Form 2.

Change of firm names and the departure of one of the partners should be handled on a case by case basis. In some cases an email would be sufficient and in others we would need new forms 1 & 2. We would need new forms 1 &/or 2 if the departing partner had been the signing officer on either both or one of the forms.
